More Boot Love

by beth on September 18, 2009

We went to Old Navy to pick up some clothes for preschool because she recently took a big growth spurt.  After we walked in to shop Mamacita went immediately to the boots. Whipped off her sandals & put on a pair of sassy little girl boots. Just like her Momma she LOVES boots!

She has worn these boots to school every day.

She wanted to sleep with her boots on.  She’s having a great start to preschool (it’s her 1st year). How could she not?  I mean she has a great pair of boots!  Plus, Mamacita’s been helping take her brothers to school since birth.  She walks in like she owns the place.

Mr. G also started back to preschool.  This is his 3rd year and he knows ALL the ropes.  He loves his teachers and has helped teach his sister his mad preschool skills. Overall,  Mr. G LOVES preschool.  And as a total pro he has also started the year off with no bumps.

Interestingly, Mr. G wants to wear his snow boots to school.  He thinks they make him look like a super hero.  Which  if you ask me is true.  I feel the same way about my boot love.  And after talking to Mamacita she agrees.

Love those boots! Sometimes I wish I had a little girl to dress. Almost everyone around me that I am close to produces boys. It’s the strangest thing.

Our kids need to play together. I have to replace Evan’s golashes any day know before their stench kills us or the rubber cracks through.
