I cannot believe that I am even suggesting that it snow, but my kids want it to snow something terrible. So far, for the year, we’ve gotten a smattering of flurries. Yes, that’s right a smattering. If you had seen it you’d have called it the same thing. And the kids really want to build a snow-man or snow-woman or is it a snow-person these days? What is the p.c. wording that I’m supposed to use? You’d think I know this given all that education I spent money on. But oh, hell, let’s just say they WANT, NO DEMAND, TO HAVE FUN!! And really I’m actually looking forward to getting out there with them this year. Don’t tell Hubby though. His under the impression I hate snow. I don’t, I just am not fond of driving in snowstorms or several feet of snow. Playing in snow I adore & I adore the hot cocoa after. The driving in it not so much.
Although now that I’ve written this I can’t help but hear a voice shouting in my head “Be careful what you wish for.”

We got a smattering of it yesterday with promise of 8-10 inches by tomorrow night… Yep – our big blessing of blizzard is happening starting tonight. All I can say is, the kids only want it so they can get a day off of school…

I am so ready for snow! Well yes and no I just hate going out to measure every day as I am a volunteer weather observer for the National Weather Service. We have only be getting little flurries the last couple days. But tomorrow night we are to get the start of a big snow storm 12 – 14 inches here. WOOHOO!! I am so ready for it. Come to Wisconsin and you can build a snowman
They are predicting 10-14 inchese here today and tonight… feel free to take some. Or half. Or ALL.
