My husband, his parents, sister & her boyfriend got me a “graduation/Christmas/birthday/every holiday that is ever going to happen in my life” present. It’s a Nikon D5000 & I am still figuring out how to actually use it, given it is more than click, point & kvetch after about how I wish my hair looked better or that my children aren’t looking anywhere in the vicinity of me taking a picture. Yet, overall I must admit I am in love, if I could marry it I would. But I am pretty sure that would violate some laws, make Hubby feel a little displaced, & probably require me to go to confession.

I have a Canon Rebel – which is almost the same…and I love it as well! Although, the babe doesn’t like it so much because of the flash. Honestly, I’m surprised her retinas aren’t burned by now!
