Saw this video essay about motherhood by Katherine Center being passed around on Twitter during the chatter about the Mom 2.0 Conference. I had to share it with you all. Reason why? It made me all watery eyed & shaking fists in the hair saying DAMN RIGHT I’m nurturing the good in this world, I love my children they are AMAZING, ab-so-freaking-lutley amazing, and motherhood is a gift & I LOVE mothering my children, helping them become who they are meant to be. IT MATTERS.

YES! AMEN! Thank YOU for passing it on!! I had not seen this yet and I am ever so glad that I have now. Yes, it does matter. Yes, we matter. Yes, its easy to get and feel lost, but how lost will our kidlets be if we stay that way? Its amazing how less than three minutes in video, thirty seconds of reading a blog post, and a smile on my heart can brighten any mood and be a reminder of purpose. :>
