Yesterday, I put D-man down for his morning nap. I did some work on a few projects, deadlines are on the horizon, the older children read & played a few games. It was a very relaxing morning.
After a while I realized he had been laying down for a while & decided I would go check on him. If he slept any longer then he’d never sleep at night. I was so not prepared for what I saw. As I was greeted by something I had yet to see with the three previous kids.
There was my smiling, laughing, dancing D-man. Standing up in his crib with NO PANTS. Not just no pants but NO DIAPER.
Yes, he threw his diaper over the edge & was rocking out pants-less.
I tried not to laugh at the sight, but couldn’t help myself. It was too much seeing him. I was in tears from laughing so hard & the other kids ran in giggling behind me when seeing him. And all I thought was “Oh, Momma Mia. It’s going to be a wild time with this kid.”

My daughter used to do that all the time. I had to “lock” her into her jammies at night. The worst was when she pooped in it and took it off and rubbed poop all over her crib and the wall. YUCK!
That is hilarious! I can’t believe your previous three hadn’t tried that. Lucky! Your son must have been so happy to be free of his diaper and pants. I know my three year old loves to run around without his training pants lately. Not cool. It is a laughable sight!
Yeah, you lucked out not having the others do that. Too funny.
LOL, funny. Though I must admit, I had a feeling this was going to turn out much messier than it actually did.
Oh, how funny! That is what makes kids so great, moments like those!
ditto—i expected to read about poop painted all over the walls! LOL!
The best part is he didn’t leave you a present.
LOL! How funny
You gotta write that in the baby book!
