Hand in Time

by beth on October 22, 2010

Before I know it he’s going to be a “big” kid, my “big” kids will be teens, and then they’ll all be grown.

I’m only going to have pictures and memories lingering behind.

Reminding me of those toddler hands.

Reaching out, exploring, soft & clumsy.

I want to slow it all down.

Even if just for a moment in time.

They grow so fast. Love the picture!

Super fast. I’m really getting what our mothers talked about when they said one day they are grown. It’s in a blink of an eye.

Aw, that made me tear up. I love the sweet chubby little toddler hands! Great picture:) They certainly do grow up fast. I would love to have a slow motion button.

Wouldn’t that be treat to slow down the sweet moments? I also think a mute button would help on the less sweet ones ;)

Now you’ve got me missing the present.

Um, can I say this is the best comment ever. You just hit the mark with this & it’s beautiful. I guess it means we’re living a pretty good life to want to soak it all in.

Thanks :) I can’t wrap my head around how fast time goes, one day he & all the kids are is going to be a grown-ups & this will be a beautiful but distant past.
