Drink Your Water!

I have been try­ing to drink water through­out the day. Every day. All day. I have to say I found it eas­ier than I imag­ined to drop the any extra bev­er­ages in my day and bump up my water intake instead. Except cof­fee, I will not drop my cof­fee.  From my cold dead hands you’ll pry that away. And really cof­fee is just fla­vored water in my book anyway.

Although I will admit that I have never looked like this while refill­ing any water jug.

Ever.

But I do get my nec­es­sary water through out the day regardless.

I have a glass when I get up. One with each meal. One with my mid-day snack and one with my after din­ner snack.   Giv­ing me 6 glasses just with those and then I drink to quench thirst through­out the day.  I add lemons, limes, cucum­bers {yep, I don’t like the taste of a cucum­ber by itself but in water I do. Weird.} and other fruits if I want to make my own ver­sion of a fancy water.

Yep, I am full of it at this point.  Truly full of it.
