I have been trying to drink water throughout the day. Every day. All day. I have to say I found it easier than I imagined to drop the any extra beverages in my day and bump up my water intake instead. Except coffee, I will not drop my coffee. From my cold dead hands you’ll pry that away. And really coffee is just flavored water in my book anyway.
Although I will admit that I have never looked like this while refilling any water jug.
Ever.
But I do get my necessary water through out the day regardless.
I have a glass when I get up. One with each meal. One with my mid-day snack and one with my after dinner snack. Giving me 6 glasses just with those and then I drink to quench thirst throughout the day. I add lemons, limes, cucumbers {yep, I don’t like the taste of a cucumber by itself but in water I do. Weird.} and other fruits if I want to make my own version of a fancy water.
Yep, I am full of it at this point. Truly full of it.
