Dove Conditioner {Blogher Review}

I had the oppor­tu­nity to par­tic­i­pate in a Blogher Review of Dove con­di­tioner prod­ucts. The con­di­tioner I tried was the Dove Inten­sive Repair Daily Treat­ment Con­di­tioner. I was happy to try it because I have used & liked Dove prod­ucts in the past and cur­rently still using & lik­ing Dove prod­ucts. So try­ing a new prod­uct for my hair, that I had yet to use, sounded like a fun chance to learn more about the prod­uct and see if I liked. Turns out the answer is: yes, yes I did like it.

It was also a chance to care more for me by giv­ing a lit­tle TLC to my hair. I believe that in doing some­thing lit­tle for myself it can make a big dif­fer­ence in my day. Even if that lit­tle some­thing is only con­di­tioner it can help me have great hair and we all know how a bad hair day can ruin us. Thank good­ness for the abil­ity to make every­day a great hair day.

Some Details::

The Dove Inten­sive Repair Daily Treat­ment Con­di­tioner lath­ered nicely and did not have an over­pow­er­ing scent. Instead it had a pleas­ant very soft scent, not a heavy con­di­tioner odor. A plus.

Also, the Dove Inten­sive Repair Daily Treat­ment Con­di­tioner has a patented MICROMOISTURE Serum and Fiber Actives, as listed on the pack­age, it is meant to help pre­vent split ends and break­age. It is meant to help nour­ish dry and rough hair. Another plus for me. Due to the sum­mer weather and var­i­ous sum­mer activ­i­ties {like swim­ming} my hair was look­ing a lit­tle fraz­zled. And to be really hon­est over the years.…after five kids, grad school, work­ing, home school­ing and bal­anc­ing everything…my hair in gen­eral was in need of a revival. It needed to reclaim its silky feel with­out being greasy and this Dove Con­di­tioner did that amaz­ing job for me! I really love how silky smooth my hair feels and the healthy shine my hair has with using this product.

Addi­tion­ally, I found it did not weigh my long, fine hair down at all. It also pro­vided a soft­ness that makes it so when run my hands through my hair is man­age­able. Espe­cially impor­tant when I am over-thinking all I have to do in my day and my hands inevitably go to my hair.

Over­all, I have liked using it and I can write that the Dove Inten­sive Repair Daily Treat­ment is def­i­nitely a great addi­tion to my hair care line up!
