Brightening and Shredding

Mike bought me flow­ers the other day. D-man came run­ning in to the liv­ing room gig­gling and say­ing “Mommy! Mommy! Daddy bring you pretty flow­ers. Super pretty!” And I agree. It’s also so nice to walk into a room and be greeted by super pretty flow­ers. Makes the day a lit­tle brighter.

My day is also a lit­tle brighter from my improved health. I have been keep­ing up on my exer­cise and sleep. It is like a whole new world of sleep now that the baby sleeps soundly. I did not real­ize how lit­tle sleep I was get­ting before. Now I can at least haul my butt out of bed before 7:00 am and feel human. Even though I am not a morn­ing per­son I can do it. I do it begrudg­ingly but I do it and every­one survives.

And as I have con­tin­ued to feel bet­ter I decided to add in the 30 Day Shred to my rou­tine. Did you know you can find the whole rou­tine on YouTube or Net­flix? I didn’t until I came across a forum while Googling for reviews and feed­back on the pro­gram. I was all like SCORE! when I found out. Because hav­ing the abil­ity to try it out was some­thing I loved. I don’t like going all in on some­thing but not know­ing if I will like it. Makes me antsy. I don’t know if I will have amaz­ing results but I do like that I am feel­ing stronger from it and it is less than 30 min­utes (with warm up & cool down included) mak­ing it easy to fit into my day.

So far so good. Flow­ers and feel­ing fit. A good combo for me.

It’s really nice when someone surprises you with a bouquet of flowers specially when they’re from your husband! Such a lovely couple! Keep it up! Stay inlove! <3
