Inspiration From Tea Tags

I fully admit I buy my tea for more than the sup­posed ben­e­fits it brings to the body. Some­times I buy it because it makes me feel good in a whole dif­fer­ent way. For exam­ple, the green tea by Yogi that I picked up from Trader Joe’s has words to inspire you while you sip away on your tea to soothe the body and calm the mind. They aren’t the only com­pany that does this prac­tice. I have had other teas that sim­i­larly seek to brighten the day of those who use it through kind words. But for some rea­son when I read these two they made me smile & reminded me in their own way to focus on the good in life and to live a good life. Yes, my name is Beth, I find inspi­ra­tion from my tea tags.
