Before the Marlboro Man these were marketed toward women, moms specifically.
Doesn’t this ad just warm your hearts? I mean my kids never offer me anything fun before I “scold” them. Instead they just look at me like I’m a mad woman & go about their merry way.
I think that it must have been more fun to be a mom back before we got “awareness” & we learned about that pesky health stuff. I mean kids offering parents cigarettes? That seems like a great idea, minus the whole cancer & other diseases thing. Killjoys.
And look at how cute those babies are. What mother could deny a pusher like that? I say bring on the babies! Let the good times roll again. Although now that I think about it I’d prefer a mixed drink myself.
